I went to Super Tire and Auto Service for a wheel alignment. I was clearly told the price would be $100. However, when I paid, I was charged $110.60. When I asked why the price was higher, the staff said they didn’t know. Then I pointed out the 6.35% sales tax shown on the receipt, which still doesn’t justify the extra amount charged. Instead of explaining, they responded very unprofessionally and told me, “If you have a problem, do whatever you want, we don’t care.” This is completely unacceptable. Overcharging customers and refusing to explain is not okay. It may seem like a small difference, but it adds up and it’s dishonest. I will be taking further action regarding this issue. Be careful if you go there. Always double-check your bill. Big Scammmmm❌️❌️❌️

I noticed that my front left tire was leaking air, so I visited this nearby shop today—a decision I now completely regret. I’m not even sure if my tire was actually repaired, because the tire pressure sensor—which had been functioning perfectly on my 2025 Camry—stopped working right after the puncture repair. When I pointed this out to the employee, he responded rudely, essentially saying, "You asked for this specific air pressure level, and that’s exactly what I gave you." The actual problem here wasn't the air pressure itself, but the fact that the sensor had been damaged; combined with his poor communication skills and the rude manner in which he practically kicked me out, I will never stop here again. I had to manually clear the tire warning myself, and now I have no idea whether the warning system will function properly or trigger again in the future.

10/10 service. Competitor down the road quoted me over 3 1/2 hours to mount and balance four tires that I purchased elsewhere. called these guys and They were able to do the job immediately. As soon as I pulled up they got to work virtually zero downtime couldn’t recommend them more.

Super Tire and Auto Service in West Haven inspected my tire for a slow leak by removing it and submerging it in water. They found no leak and reinstalled the tire. However, it seems the tire was not properly torqued when reattached. I was only charged a tip, so I gave them $10 in cash and left without a receipt. Less than a week later, while driving on the highway, the tire came off. Fortunately, no one was injured, as my lowered car caught the loose tire in the wheel well. When I requested camera footage of the installation, the shop owner refused to provide it without police presence. Since there were no injuries, lawyers have been unwilling to take the case, making it difficult to hold the shop accountable. Due to their lack of responsibility, I do not recommend their services.
